Protecting products during transport is very important to us, so each lip/barrel is wrapped individually before being boxed. Outer edges are protected with foam profiles that have proven themselves even on shipments across half the world.
You can pay via PayPal, Revolut, or standard bank transfer. Cash on delivery is available within the Czech Republic; for international shipments, we prefer advance payment. For custom made-to-order items, we require a deposit agreed individually.
We ship orders using our trusted carrier GLS. A tracking code is provided so you can follow your order online.
By appointment, you can visit us in Liberec (or nearby), see the products, and discuss the options. You can usually also catch us at various meets and events, which we always announce in advance on our Instagram.
Some collaborations require our presence, and we’re happy to travel to our regular customers when needed.
